Patrick made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. From my experience this is a top notch business run by a man that cares more about the customers and community than any big top store claims. For that alone, D R is my new go to for meat. For all those that want to say this butcher was intentionally giving bad product to customers, I call bs! Cant stand how people always want to try and bring down someone elses good, hard earned reputation. Idc what anyone says, if you go to Walmart, payless, or even fresh thyme, D R blows them all out of the water. Probably bc Patrick refuses to bring in or inject his meats with water. Again, he cares! How many times can anyone say they went to Walmart to buy groceries and felt like Walmart cared about anything other than how much they make? This place is where its at if you want good quality food at reasonable prices. As well as education on what youre getting and how to prepare it! They care about it all. From start to finish! People need to stop crapping on a small business that is succeeding! We need more businesses and people like Patrick and D R! Ill be seeing you guys tmrw! ”
